  • 1recipe pizza doughAny pizza dough is great here! I used Bobby Flay’s recipe but added 1 cup of whole wheat flour in place of bread flour.
  • 1/2block mozzarella cheesegrated
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Mix all ingredients for the Bruschetta together in a bowl and set aside. *
  3. Combine all ingredients for herb mixture in a small bowl and set aside.
  4. Roll out pizza dough until it is the size of your pan and then transfer onto said pan. I like to make my dough a littler larger than the pan and then tuck the edges under to form a crust.
  5. Pour the herb mixture over the dough and spread evenly. Make sure to spread up onto the crust so that it will bake up nice and golden
  6. Sprinkle 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese over the herb mixture.
  7. Next add 2/3 of the Bruschetta mix.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until the crust has started to turn golden.
  10. Once baked, sprinkle the remaining Bruschetta mix onto the pizza and lightly press it into the cheese.
  11. Slice, serve & enjoy your deliciously fresh Bruschetta pizza!
Recipe Notes

*For best results, prepare the night before to let the flavours meld. The Bruschetta mix can also be used right away, but the flavours will be better if you let it sit and marinate.
